HOW TO ORDER

GET STARTED

Artsy Occasions offers an exciting way to customize your special event.  Our award winning designer has put together stunning, playful, elegant and whimsical ensembles for you to choose and personalize.  Create your very own custom invitation in just three simple steps.

 

STEP 1:  SELECT YOUR DESIGN

Designed with many styles and personalities in mind, choose your Invitation from our refined selection.  Found more than one design you love, or looking for a particular theme?  No problem!  For a small fee of $25, you can mix and match elements from multiple designs (fonts, vector art, wording and small layout changes).  Inquire for custom design orders.  Next, determine the items you will need:  guest address printing, insert cards (Response Card and Envelope, Information Card and Outer Envelope make up the Basic Wedding Ensemble that is pictured in most wedding designs), etc.  Each piece will be printed on your choice of premium card stock with matching envelope:  smooth white, smooth ecru, metallic white or metallic ecru.  Cardstock upgrades and envelope upgrades are available, see the Pricing page for more information.  *For Photo Cards, see below.

STEP 2:  CHOOSE YOUR COLORS

Every Invitation is customizable by color to match your color scheme.  Artsy Occasions offers over 50 colors and patterns to uniquely express yourself.  See our Personalize page for a list of color swatches to find your perfect combo.  Monitor calibrations vary.  Request a swatch card,

STEP 3:  CREATE DIMENSION WITH ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS

The Invitation Panels are pre-sized to accommodate an additional layer and/or enclosure while still fitting into the Outer Envelope.  Some prefer simplicity while others want to that wow factor.  If your information is straightforward and your wedding and reception are at the same location, you might opt for one of our simpler formats, like a Flat Card.  If you have multiple inserts of information to include beyond the Response Set, (like where to stay, directions or weekend itineraries) one of our many Pocket enclosures might be the way to present your information in a gorgeously organized package.  You may also want to add some pizazz by including an embellishment (like a Layered Seal, Band Wrap, Ribbon, Lace or an Envelope Liner).  See our Personalize page for a list of enclosures.   Assembly fees may apply.

 

*PHOTO CARDS

Photo Cards come standard in a matte or glossy finish with white envelopes.  Both sides are printed and sizes include 4x5.5, 5x5, 5x7 and 4x8.  Texture upgrades are available in a linen, felt or pearlized texture.  Envelope upgrades and die cut shapes are also available, See our Personalize page for a list of die cut shapes.  Photo Cards are printed in a professional photography lab using the highest quality printers on the market.  Photo Cards must be ordered in sets of 25.  A copyright release is required for use with a professional photograph.  Maximum file size is required (no less than 300 dpi).  Turn around time for ordering is 5-7 business days.

 

CUSTOM DESIGN ORDERS

Want an Invitation designed exclusively for you?  Let us custom design one for you!  Artsy Occasions will provide you with 4-6 different design concepts; and for custom wedding orders, you will receive a complimentary custom wedding logo along with the digital file for personalizing other items for your wedding.  See the Design Process for more information on the custom design process.

 

ORDERING INFORMATION

TIMELINES FOR ORDERING

• SAVE-THE-DATES:  9-15 months before event
• WEDDING INVITATIONS:  6-8 months before event
• WEDDING STATIONERY:  1-2 months before event
• EVENT INVITATIONS:  2-3 months before event
• EVENT ACCENTS:  1-2 months before event

PLACING AN ORDER

Full payment is due upon ordering (unless other arrangements have been reviewed and verified by us).  You will receive a digital proof before anything is printed.  It is your responsibility to review that every detail is correct, including spelling, grammar and punctuation.  Once the proof is signed, no further changes can be made and your order is scheduled for production.  Due to the custom nature of the product, no refunds are available.

PRODUCTION TIME

Production times vary based on the components of your design and assembly method (if that applies).  Standard turnaround time for a set of 100 of the Basic Wedding Ensemble (digital print) is 6-10 business days after proof approval.  Turnaround time for Event Invitations and Event Accents are 6-10 business days.  For specialty print orders, standard turnaround time is 14-20 business days.  You will be informed when your invitations are complete and a pick-up/shipping date will be scheduled.

 

ORDERING SAVE THE DATES & EVENT INVITATIONS

1. 3. APPROVAL - A digital copy of your final ensemble will be provided for review and approval.  Approval is due before your order is scheduled for production.

4. PRODUCTION - Production times vary based on the style of event.  Standard digital printing takes 3-5 business days.  Photo card turnaround time is 6-10 business days.  Specialty printing orders take 8-12 business days.

5. DELIVERY - You will be informed when your order is ready for delivery.  It will be carefully packaged and delivered via your chosen method.

CUSTOMIZE - Select your theme by browsing our Event Invitation designs or our Wedding Invitation designs.  Found more than one design you love or looking for a particular theme?  No problem!  For a small fee of $25, you can mix and match elements from multiple designs (fonts, vector art, wording and small layout changes).  Inquire for custom design orders.  Decide what accents you want to order and send us your wording.  Templates are available for you to use for most wedding day items.  Contact us and we’ll email you one.  Full payment is due upon ordering.
